Renovating a changing room is an important step in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of the company´s employees. A well-planned locker room not only provides an adequate space for changing clothes but also promotes hygiene and organization, which are essential in a workplace focused on food.
The first step in the renovation was analyzing the available space and identifying the employees’ needs. We opted for light and neutral colors to make the space appear larger and airier.
We transformed the shower and changing room into a functional, comfortable area that aligns with the bakery’s identity, contributing to the satisfaction and well-being of the team.
